There are many ways of working with Intentional Suffering. I speak now about the intentional enduring of the unavoidable suffering that arises from the automatic experiencing of life and our nature. We accept what is, we are aware of it, we feel it in our bodies, emotions and mind. We are impartial and stand our ground vs taking flight – Our drive to escape (aversion) often drives us more into it. The complete acceptance of suffering can lead to its end, its action can be like a solvent on our self-importance and vanity.
